Mom and Dad were born and raised in BBQ-rich Alabama, but lived for a while in BBQ-poor Pittsburgh, PA where we Three Belles entered this world. Many Southerners think that Yankees are cold people, but that is definitely not our experience. We still have many close dear friends in Pittsburgh. That is also where Daddy began cooking BBQ and experimenting with different sauces for all of our friends in order to share the hickory-smoked delights of the South.

When we moved to Starkville, MS back in 2002, the Three Belles were three cute little girlies. Over the years, we increasingly helped Dad with his BBQ work, particularly the sauce making and some of the pork pulling. Each year, we would tweak our four sauces until each one achieved BBQ perfection.

Alabama Firewater and Deanna's White were inspired by some sauces Mama and Daddy grew up on. Deanna's White is named after our dear mom, who was a true Southern belle. South Carolina Gold was inspired and refined with the help of one of Dad's South Carolinian colleagues--mustard on BBQ--who would've guessed it would be so delicious! One Dawg of a Sauce is an original sweet Memphis-styled sauce that consistently appeals to our hometown folk.

After getting rave reviews from all our friends about our sauces, we decided to offer them to the general public. We are most fortunate to have located an excellent local bottler right down the road, Oxford Falls Sauces, who has its own nice selection of offerings. It's owner Kathy is pleased as punch to be helping out Three young entrepreneurial Belles.

Our older sister Sara's husband Will wanted a hot version of each sauce. So, we have included an optional step in our online ordering process to uniquely customize each sauce's heat to one's personal taste and tolerance. This way, you can uniquely design your very own signature sauce.

We are the Three Belles. We sincerely hope you will enjoy our BBQ sauces. Y'all come back now.
